We are overseeing the financial decisions of our short film, ‘Façade’ as producers. We approve the development of ideas for the production, arrange financing, and decide the cost of the whole production.

Art Director: Peter I.Sims
He is in charge of props, costumes, budgeting for art direction, finalize conceptual designs, etc.

Location Manager: Eun Mi Kim, Stephanie Ngooi and Mattew Willcox
We need to find and get permissions from the locations to shoot and maintains a connection between the production and the local authorities as well as release for use of locations.

Production

- Prepare vision for the shoot
- Final rehearsals
- Director’s card: what I want from the cast, and feedback from the cast, performance release forms
- Liaise between all crew
I am responsible for the creative decisions of a production. (interpret script / express concepts to set and costume designers / audition and select cast members / rehearsals / direct the job of cast and crew)

Art Director: Peter I.Sims
- Supervise set/ props/ Costumes/ locations
- Supervise Make up & Hair Artist
- Build costumes based on conceptual and measurements of actors
- Working under the supervision of the director and acts as a supervisor to the makeup, hair, and wardrobe departments.

Director of Photography: Alifeleti Brown
- Operation of cameras
- Coordination of lighting, angle, motion control, media, settings, etc.
He is the camera and lighting supervisor on the production.

Gaffer: Carrie, Jung Moon and Wayne li
- Lighting of sets and locations
- Management of lights and lighting equipment
They supervise set lighting in accordance with the requirements of the DP. They work closely with the Director of Photographer Alifeliti to make sure that each scene is lit properly. They are the head of the lighting department and instructs the group of technicians as to which light to use to make the correct light that is needed.

Catering Manager: Lisa Fan
- The catering must be healthy and clean for all the crew.

Make-up/Hair Artista: Eleni and Nathalie
- Applying makeup/Hair to cast members
- Maintaining actor’s makeup during shooting and coordination with the continuity stills photographer Wayne Li
- Maintaining actor’s hair during shooting, in coordination with the script supervisor and the continuity stills photographer

Post-Production

Edit the project with assistant editor and special effect artist

She creates sound effects to accompany specific visual objects, movements, and sound sources, such as footsteps or punches

He works under the supervision of the director to make sure what I want and match between the music and the footages.
