- Cost of running the database – bandwidth, data storage.
- Investment potential – obviously it is a good opportunity for places to advertise their business, it would also be in the best interests of the tourism department of the South Korean government.
- Before the database can be of any use, a lot of information has to be readily available; therefore writers and contributors (preferably experienced tourists) are needed.
- The mode of contributing to the database needs to be figured out. Ideally, people could upload photos, reviews and videos via their mobile phones as in the “Aware” project.
